Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional photography for weddings, portraits, events, and commercial purposes.

Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due before or on the day of service
• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive full refund
• Cancellations within 30 days forfeit deposit

Image Rights and Usage

Purely Captured Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Delivery Timeline

• Preview gallery: 48-72 hours after event
• Full gallery: 2-4 weeks for weddings, 1-2 weeks for other sessions
• Prints and albums: 3-6 weeks depending on products ordered

Weather and Circumstances

For outdoor sessions, alternative dates will be offered for severe weather. We maintain insurance for equipment failure and unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate timeline and venue information
• Ensure vendor meal for events over 6 hours
• Obtain necessary permissions for venue photography
• Communicate special requests in advance

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We maintain professional insurance and backup equipment for all events.
